Ulrich Attachments manufactures a range of High Tip Clamp Buckets to suit all OEM Wheeled Loading Shovels. The High Tip clamp is a dedicated attachment for handling waste and light material such as paper. Ulrich’s High Tip clamp bucket is based on a similar design to the High Tip bucket but with an extra circuit to control the clamp operation. The High Tip & High Tip Clamp is designed to load high sided trucks & hoppers giving an additional discharge height of up to 1,700mm above that obtained with a general-purpose bucket, with the clamp offering extra support by securing the material.

Description
The High Tip Clamp buckets are carefully designed to offer a capacity that best suits the wheeled loading shovel capabilities and the material it will be handling within the application. The capacity offered to suit the specific material will increase productivity. Our standard specification is manufactured from high tensile steel with 450/560 Brinell Hardness steel wearing parts. Ulrich also produces full heavy-duty versions of the High Tip Clamp bucket range for specific applications. The heavy-duty buckets are manufactured from 1250N/mm² tensile, 1000N/mm² yield steel.
Designed to last within the harshest environments the Ulrich high tip clamp bucket offering starts from 2.0m³ and can be supplied up to a 5.0m³ capacity. The Ulrich High Tip Clamp bucket can be produced to suit both fitting options, including direct and quick coupler mounted. The high tip clamp bucket can be supplied with up to 5 years warranty.

HY-TIP/Clamp Bucket
The Ulrich ‘Hy-Tip Clamp’ Bucket is designed to give a high discharge. This is achieved by mounting the bucket on a carrying cradle with a pivot located just behind the cutting edge.
