Description
Originally built for the military the Simplex buckets are manufactured as standard from high tensile steel with 450/560 Brinell Hardness steel wearing parts and offer multiple edge options including straight edge, teeth and segments and bolt on options. Ulrich have produced up to a 3m³ capacity bucket within the simplex range, with multiple spill guard options for specific applications.
The functions that the Simplex Multi-purpose ‘Ulrich’ Bucket can carry out are listed below.
Dump
Forward dump as a normal bucket or open centrally with the clam function which gives you additional dump height.
Grab
The clam function operates as a clamp to pick up multiple objects and loose material.
Doze & Scrape
The loader bucket control gives variable pitch control when dozing. Partly opening the front clam gives you the capability to scrape at a controlled depth, soil is retained within the bucket for disposal.
Level & Fill
Evenly spread material by fully opening the clam with the rear cutting edge on the ground.

Simplex Multipurpose Bucket
The Ulrich ‘Simplex’ Bucket is a multipurpose type, designed for fitment to all types of loaders. The bucket front and back are a welded steel construction with replaceable cutting edges and are hinged together using heat treated steel pins for optimum strength.
